Shipping Policy

We process each order individually and aim to ship products within 7 business days. Once items are shipped, you'll receive an email with your estimated delivery date and tracking.

Return Policy

We accept returns for misprinted designs or other critical print failures. To begin a refund, please send pictures of the misprint or failure to matt@outdoor.city, we will review and reply as soon as possible.

Heads up - we do not accept returns for sizing issues. All items are standard sizing except for our midnight sweaters which typically run small, we recommend sizing up for that item.
